1.) IT Project Manager
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Perform all project management and business analysis related activities.
- Facilitate and coordinate the requirements for the development and application of technology to satisfy business needs.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
- Provide support in monitoring data quality and integrity in platform applications
- Develop and document project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology management or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification such as an MBA, PMP or PRINCE2
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience in business analysis and project management
- Experience using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support.

- Be a team player and an empathetic leader
- Possess good negotiation skills.

2.) Technical Marketing Manager, Wheat Development
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Rapidly establish 1,000 demonstration farms across 16 states, ensuring proper site selection and good agronomic practices for optimal yields – converting many farmers nationwide to wheat production
- Maintain demonstration farms and relationships with demo farmers to ensure maximum yields and optimal effectiveness as marketing and training sites
- Facilitate the training of thousands of wheat farmers on site at the demo farms in collaboration with state ADP staff, CBN and FMAN/WDG teams
- Track and report on all farm operations and ensure proper escalation of urgent issues to FMAN/WDG leadership
- Contribute farmer/customer insights to WDG nationwide wheat development strategy
- Lead and develop a team of up to 20 people based in northern Nigeria
- Support the Program Director with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- First Degree in Agriculture or any other related field.
- Master’s degree or equivalent is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture, including successful management of irrigated demonstration farms and large scale farmer training programs
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience, including leading geographically dispersed teams
The Person:
- Must be results-oriented and take pride in achieving targets despite unexpected challenges
- Must be passionate about bringing new ideas and technologies to farmers with clear understanding of what it takes to change farmers’ mindsets
- Must be a hands-on leader ready to travel significantly in northern Nigeria to support team
- Must be fluent in English and Hausa

3.) HSE Manager
Location: Sunti, Niger State
The Job
- Drive the implementation of safety programs in line with FMN’s safety, health and environment objectives.
- Enforce safe working practices and ensure lost time incidents are kept to a minimum.
- Carry out facility audits to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented.
- Lead the accident/incident investigation and reporting.
- Advise on the implications of current and emerging health, safety and environment legislations, including evaluation options, making recommendations and generating action plans to ensure compliance
- Design relevant safety training for employees & ensure implementation
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Engineering or Physical Science
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
- NSE Member/COREN will be an advantage
- Specialist qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience
- Experience of FCMG activities will be an added advantage
The Person Must:
- Be able to identify hazards and control them
- Have good leadership and people management skills
- Have good technical knowledge on basic engineering functionalities
- Have clear understanding of relevant HSE KPI’s and how to calculate them
- Demonstrate a high sense of discipline
- Have good communication and analytical skills.

4.) Health & Safety Officer
