1.) Account/Audit Assistant

 

Responsibilities

• Management of petty cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Preparation of statutory accounts.

• Participate in preparation of annual internal audit plan based on risk prioritization;
• Prepare audit programs and implement annual audit plans;
• Undertake risk based audits;
• Prepare reports, document findings and develop recommendations to address the identified issues and control weaknesses; agree on the timelines for corrective action with responsible managers;
• Maintain and regularly update a database of audit findings

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND/Degree with two years working experience.

2.) Client Service Personnel

 

Responsibilities

• deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• provide pricing and delivery information
• perform customer verifications
• process orders, forms, applications and requests
• organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• record details of actions taken
• prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• maintain customer databases
• manage administration
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• follow up on customer interactions
• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualification Required & Experience
