1.) Operations Manager, North
Location: Abuja
Department: Exams
Contract Type: Locally Engaged
Duration: Indefinite
Pay band: 6
Role Purpose
- The Operations Manager North will ensure exams operations meet demand, whilst maintaining customer service quality, exams integrity and compliance standards across our Abuja and Kano offices.
- The postholder will have responsibility for the Northern part of Nigeria and will have oversight in areas outside of our main office locations.
- This role is ultimately responsible for efficient and effective capacity, cost management, test day delivery. You will also guide and coach team members to meet operations and service delivery standards.
- The role will work closely with commercial and business development colleagues in the geography.
Main Opportunities / Challenges for this Role
- Setting up new operational ways of working to support the new Exams Operating Model, coaching and developing team members to delivery to a high standard and ensuring culture change is considered.
- Upholding compliance standards and efforts to standardise across product and execute high quality exam delivery services for assigned geography
- Implementing significant change, with regards to people, process and systems
- Upholding a customer service culture
Requirements
Essential:
- Relevant experience of overseeing production of goods/provision of services
- Experience of planning and delivery in a fast-paced operational environment at a management level
- Experience managing teams
- Experience of delivery change and ensuring that new ways of working are embedded
Desirable:
- University degree in any subject or relevant qualification
- Experience working in Exams environment
- Experience of leading on delivery of computer-based exams

2.) Grants Assistant
Location: Borno
Pay band: 4
Department: Business Delivery
Contract type: Locally Engaged
Duration: 1-year Fixed Term
Role Purpose
- The purpose of this post is to support the Grants Officer in contributing to the effective co-ordination and management of the programme grant funds, in line with programme’s strategic direction and in line with client’s requirements.
Requirements
Essential:
- University degree in any subject or relevant qualification
- 2 years of experience in Grants administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience of supporting grants and internal stakeholders / external partners management
- Experience of working as part of a successful team/function
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a grant funded project
- Experience of operating in a complex, multi-cultural context
- Fluency in local languages of North East Nigeria.
Remuneration
N5,431,443 per annum.

3.) Operations Planning Manager
Location: Lagos, Sub Saharan Africa, NG
Department: Business Delivery Exams
Contract Type: Locally Engaged
Pay band: 6
Duration: Indefinite
Role Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to plan and track exams capacity requirements against demand from 18 months out on a 12-month rolling basis to handover to Operations Managers for Resource Management and Test Day delivery.
- The role will translate demand into capacity/resource requirements for venues, people and test materials to fully optimise operations and margins while maintaining service levels, maximising agility and ensuring contingency.
- The Operations Planning Manager will also manage, monitor and review changes to plan reporting on requirements to fill capacity, effectiveness of planning and cost to serve.
- This role will be required to manage country relationships and ensure counterparts across functions understand requirements and execute to plan on Test Day.
Requirements
Essential:
- Relevant experience of identifying suppliers in a business environment
- Experience of translating demand requirements to ensure capacity can be met to deliver operationally within a large business
- Experience managing small teams or demonstrating management potential
- Experience in third-party relationship management
Desirable:
- University degree in any subject or relevant qualification
- Experience of leading across a dispersed team within a single country
