Eligibility for the BIP

Prospective interns should have an undergraduate degree and be actively enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program (master’s or PhD) with plans to continue full-time studies afterward. The program welcomes applicants of all ages, with a requisite proficiency in English.

Additional language skills in French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, or Chinese are beneficial. Competency in computing and other technical skills will be an advantage.

Interns are remunerated on an hourly basis and may receive a travel allowance up to USD 3,000, subject to managerial discretion. Interns are responsible for their own lodging arrangements.

Applications for the BIP must be submitted online within the designated application periods. Email applications are not accepted. Non-U.S. citizens who are J1 visa holders will need to acquire a G4 visa abroad before commencing their internship.

The Selection Journey
