1.) Business Development Officer (POS Unit)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Promote agents to refer more customers to apply for POS.
- Train agent's/Customer's on the benefits of using the clients POS services
- Solve POS-related issues reported by agents.
- Continuously build a stronger Agent network
Job Specification
- Experience in working as a Business Development Officer
- Academic Requirements: S.S.C.E, HND, ND, B.Sc
Location:
- Candidates must be based on the Island, (Lekki Phase1 - Ibeju Lekki)

- Basic Pay: N45,000 Monthly.

2.) Fraud Analyst
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Resolving Customers Complaints:
- Notifying the beneficiary banks on fraudulent transactions
- Resolving customers’ complaints on erroneous transactions.
- Verification of Court Order and ensuring funds are returned based on Court order.
- Reversal/transfer of funds to new wallets.
Responding and Liaising with Other Financial Institutions:
- Investigating other financial institution inquiries and requests.
- Providing prompt response to financial institutions inquiries.
- Liaison with banks on request for further information on transactions consummated by our users/agents.
Review and Monitoring of Suspicous Transaction:
- Conducting review of suspicious transactions for further investigation and possible filing of Suspicious.
- Transaction Reports (STRs) to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
- Monitoring of new users to identify suspicious names and transaction
- Monitoring, blocking and unblocking of unusual/suspicious transactions into customer accounts
Qualifications / Competencies
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 3 -4 years working knowledge as a Fraud Analyst in a FinTech/Financial organization.
- Knowledge of relevant internal policies and SOPs
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills (Presentation, Persuasion, Knowledge and Information-sharing).

N50,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

4.) Enterprise Risk Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer in the development, re-design, implementation and maintenance of the risk management framework in line with the Company’s strategic plans.
- Updating the risk management policies and processes and working with key business stakeholders to facilitate the development of a Risk Culture within the organization.
- Provide support to key business stakeholders in implementing the risk framework.
- Review, assess and report significant risks and issues identified or reported by the business in line with the incident management process and assist the business in defining and agreeing remedial action.
- Assist business lines in identification of key risks and mitigating controls as well as action plans to address any gaps in the mitigating measures identified.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans to address key risks on the risk and control self-assessments/risk registers.
- Prepare and collate monthly risk reporting.
- Design and implement methods of avoiding potential threats using available risk metrics software and personal knowledge of the industry.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years’ experience as an Enterprise Risk Manager in the Finance Sector.
- Risk management related certification a plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Leadership and supervision skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
