1.) Administrative Operations Manager
Job Description
These include but not limited to:
• Provide a strong and positive leadership to the Administration unit operations
• Develop and/or review administration and IT policies and propose where applicable
• Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office at all time.
• Demonstrate high proficiency to meet budgets, productivity and timeline targets for all logistics, equipments and other office supplies demands
• Negotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in office administration and management, including procurement process
• Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality and excellent organization skills
• Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and strong judgement.

Job Description
These include but not limited to:
• Provide strong and positive leadership to the HR department ensuring competent and motivated staff are hired and retained, providing efficient delivery of HR services
• Coordinate professional and personal staff development through adequate orientation, on-the-job coaching, identification of learning, training needs and opportunities and succession planning
• Develop and manage the overall organisational performance management system,
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR and Business Management, or other related qualification
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organisational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and development and office administration
Location: Accra
