1.) Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / ND in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
- Candidates should possess 4 - 10 years work experience.
- Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Candidate must be Detail-oriented.
- Ability to meet monthly sales target.
- Candidate must possess a strong team spirit.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments received and delivered.
- Remit and give a report of all cash transactions.

Requirements
- Minimum of OND or SSCE qualification.
- Minimum of 1 - 7 years work experience.
- Good knowledge of PORT HARCOURT road network
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid rider's permit
- The candidate must be able to read and write
- Must be able to use Google Maps effectively.
- Candidate must be open and transparent both to the company and clients.
- Candidate must reside in job location.
Salary
N300,000 - 360,000 annually.

Job Description
- We are seeking the services of an experienced Sales / Recruitment Specialist to help expand the scope of their business.
Responsibilities
As a recruitment Consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
- Calling the client to build and develop positive relationships with them.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
- Advertizing job vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a rage of media.
- Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates to drive client's businesses
- Using candidate database to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates to the client.
- Requesting, reviewing references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the clients.
- Sale other products and services of the company as required.
Requirements
- Applicants must possess a minimum of ND / HND from a reputable institution in any of the following fields Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Accounting
- 2-4 years work experience.
- Candidate must reside in job location
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills-both face to face and via telephone
- Articulate with a high level of business acumen; able to influence and respond across complex arguments and engage with senior-level executives in a polished and professional manner.
- Must be persuasive and target driven
- Must have worked in the similar capacity in a recruitment firm for at least 2years.
