1.) Marketing and Corporate Communication Officer
Location: Sangotedo Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- You will be responsible for creating and managing a perception of LBS as a world-class brand with in-depth local knowledge of business and management among key stakeholders and also devising marketing strategy for the school.
Essential Duties / Key Job Roles and Responsibilities
include but not limited to the following:
- Generate content for the website and annual report - research and compile news stories and relevant information about the School and Faculty.
- Prepare and issue news releases about achievements, programmes and major school events.
- Create Content and ensure Faculty footprint in the media by sourcing interviews, opinions for editorials, articles etc. - Present (edit) academic information in reader-friendly manner.
- Build and manage relationships with the press. Prepare and issue press invitations to media houses for major school events.
- Monitor news about and related to the school in the media
- Work with the graphic artist to prepare newspaper adverts, in-house flyers and posters for the School’s programmes. Monitor for quality and accuracy of the content.
- Staff newsletter project management - work with the graphic artist to prepare the monthly staff newsletter after researching and compiling stories and relevant information.
- Manage internal communications
- Assist in executing cross-functional projects such as the career fair, alumni exhibitions, graduation ceremonies, etc.
- Manage the store of branded items- procurement, stock management, retrieval, reconciliation, order management
- Manage publications store– stock management, retrieval, order management
- Proofread and edit all publications to be published or circulated to external parties
- Perform a monthly audit on outgoing correspondence
- Manage relationships with and prepare payments for vendors; keep records of all payments made.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelors’ degree in any discipline (preferably Mass Communication or English)
- Professional Qualification - NIPR, APCON membership
- Should have at least 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role

2.) ICT Technical Services Manager
Location: Sangotedo Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing the ICT Infrastructure and hardware systems. Implements ICT strategies by managing the Team members, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
- Provide 3rd level support, strategic administrative and operational oversight to ensure optimal service delivery to LBS ICT users. Support the implementation of strategic school-wide projects.
Essential Duties / Key Job Roles and Responsibilities
They include but not limited to the following:
- Organize, control and evaluate the ICT Infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Manage the Team members by hand-holding and training them, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Develop, implement and update ICT policies, processes and procedures.
- Ensure the security of Infrastructure devices, network access, systems and implementation information security and control structures.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures and manages the business continuity management system.
- Research, evaluate and recommend appropriate emerging technologies to endure the ICT infrastructure is future proof and relevant to new changes that affect the school.
- Provide actionable metrics, performance records and reports to the leadership of ICT.
- Acts as key project champion for relevant ICT infrastructure projects.
- Manage the relevant Service Providers / Vendors performance, reporting and contracts.
- Plan and manages the regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Manage vendor governance to ensure performance issues are addressed and relationship effectively managed
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Drive the adoption and sustenance of international best practices and standards in ICT Service management, ICT security and availability management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related Technology/ Science disciplines.
- An additional postgraduate degree will be an added advantage (Pg.D, MBA, MSC, etc.)
- Minimum 7 - 10 years working experience post-degree working experience in an enterprises or ICT service company, with at least 3 years of managing a Team or Unit.
Professional Qualification:
- Security [CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANs, LPT, CEH, etc.]
- ISO Standards [ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO20000, ISO9001, etc.]
- Network [Cisco - CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCiE, etc.];
- Microsoft [MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, etc.];
- Project Management [PMP, PRINCE2, MS Project, etc.]
- Cloud [AWS Certifications, Solutions Architect, EMC, VMware, etc.]
- Operations [ITIL, COBIT, Microsoft Office suite, etc.].
Skills Requirements:
- Good managerial and organizational skills
- Supplier/Vendor relationship management
- A need for accuracy, logic and an ability to communicate complex ideas to others.
- Thorough knowledge of network/systems design, analysis, productivity tools and operating systems
- Deep skills in project planning, change management and time management skills.
- Good and flexible communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Conversant with several best practice frameworks and ISO standards.

3.) Communication Officer

Job Description
- To create and manage a sustained positive image of LBS as a world-class brand by professionally communicating and corresponding effectively with varied stakeholders from different cultures.
Essential Duties / Key Job Roles and Responsibilities
The Key Job Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Providing customers with information on the school’s educational programmes - MBA, EMBA. MMBA, SMP, AMP, CEP, AGMP, OMP, MAP, etc.
- Answering phones professionally from customers across culture and races and giving meaningful and satisfactory feedback, in response to inquiries and complaints.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up complicated customer calls where required.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and / or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a timely and comprehensible way.
- Have deep programme knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all LBS programme information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction- Actively listen to customers and provide them with solutions that are exactly what they needed
- Handling and resolving all customers complaints; obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries, and record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Implement all communication policies as it relates to telecommunication and telecommunication devices in the school.
- Completing call notes and all call records and reports as necessary and updating information in the google drive and other database in use.
- Manage relationships with and prepare payments for communication vendors; keep records of all payments made.
- Perform daily / monthly audit on all call channels and other telecommunication devices.
- Assist in any other task assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
