1.) Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities

• Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
• Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
• Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
• Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
• Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
• Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
• Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
• Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
• SHS, certificate, diploma or higher

2.) Drilling Technician
Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the drilling engineers and drilling supervisors
• Disassembling the drilling equipments and identifying any existing defect in it
• Ensure that the drilling equipments are in proper working condition by repairing any existing defect
• Ensuring that work is done safely
• Supporting the drilling engineers with planning and designing in order to help drilling operations
• Assisting in analysis post drilling operations
• Ensuring efficiency in drilling operations
• responsible for providing maintenance and doing repair work for equipments used for the purpose of drilling.
• supervise the accurate usage of these equipments.
• ensure that the equipments are in proper working condition so that the drilling operations take place smoothly.
• repair and maintain the hydraulic drillers.
• find any defect in the equipment they have to disassemble it and identify the defects.
• ensure that healthy and safe environment is maintained.
• support the engineer with plan and design that will support the drilling operations.
• work in coordination with drilling engineers and supervisors to come up with safe and efficient plans.

Qualification Required & Experience

Competencies

• Specific training for drilling machines
• Needs to possess excellent coordination skills
• Must have good technical ability
• Must have sharp eyes for detailing
• Sometimes it may be necessary to have the ability to work with computers
• Needs to have good writing skills as they have to draft technical memos
• Should have the ability to identify problems and solve them
• SHS, certificate, diploma or higher

3.) Procurement/Stores Officer

 

Responsibilities

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs

Qualification Required & Experience

Competencies

• HND minimum
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
