1.) Electrical Technician
The Electrical Technician will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment and electrical components. This position creates value for the facility by performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance leading to increase uptime and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.
Results / Accountabilities
- Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity.
- Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs.
- Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.
- Ensure all routine electrical maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs.
- Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Maintenance Technicians.

Education and Work Experience:
- HND in appropriate Engineering discipline with experience/competence in Operations, Maintenance, Process Control and Performance Measurement in a brewery or food or drinks manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance and problem solving.
Preferred skills:
- Strong electrical maintenance repair/troubleshooting and installation skills.
- Must be able to satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in Electrical Repair, Machine Tool Operations, Pipefitting and Welding.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail
- Be able and willing to work in non-ideal environments
- Strong communicator (both oral & written).
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment.

2.) Operator Technician
The Operator Technician oversees specific production lines during production hours, with full responsibility for line management. The incumbent should have extensive experience in production machinery operation and some mechanical engineering experiences. He/she will provide line supervision and basic line maintenance on assigned lines.
Results / Accountabilities
- Start up and shut down processing lines.
- Train personnel on proper operational procedures.
- Ensure cooperation and teamwork within team.
- Assist in the installation/replacement of new parts on the production line
- Keep production logs
- Ensure clean production equipment and work areas
- Provide production progress and/or change over reports to shift supervisors.
- Maintains inventory of tools and PPEs issued to team members.
- Member of Plant First Response Team.
- Member of the production on-call system.

3.) Mechanical Technician
This position will support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment including but not limited to construction, painting, plumbing, welding, heating/cooling, automation and fire protection systems in a safe and orderly fashion.
This position creates value for the facility by performing preventive and corrective maintenance leading to increased up-time and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.
Results / Accountabilities
- Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment.
- Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Maintenance Manager.
- Performs welding and fabrication (both stick and gas) in various locations and positions including pipe and structural on various metals for new and existing equipment.
- Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area
- Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Maintenance Technicians.

4.) Channel Executive
We are looking for a Channel Executive to provide input and assist in the development of category/channel plan to support long term category growth and profitably increase market share.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Provide input in the development of Channel/Category plans
- Support the implementation of Battle Plans and review the Effectiveness of in store activities
- Pre and post evaluation of Channel/Category marketing activities
- Generate and communicate shopper and channel insights to identify key drivers and opportunities by channel and categories
- Contribute to the Commercial Plans development by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/channels
- Provide input in the development of sales drivers/ strategy by channel/category
- Participate in periodic meetings with the sales team to collaborate in the launch of common projects.

- Experience in route to channel way of selling with focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase, Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must comfortably interface with all levels of staff
- Ability to work under pressure and work with little or no supervision
- Excellent hands on experience in MS Office and MS Excel skills.
- High level of analytical skills with detail orientation
