1.) HSE Manager
Job Title: HSE Manager
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct strict adherence to permit to work system.
- Develop and Coordinate equipment and Material inspection checklist and monitor full compliance.
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice relevant to your work, as well as Delegate Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to HSE Project plan, meet contractual agreement and regulatory compliance.
- Carry out site risk assessments with Contractors, Line Managers and Employees. Put in place risk control and elimination measures.
- Identify HSE training needs of existing workers and ensure such trainings are promptly conducted.
- Identify and coordinate creation and installation of Facility safety signs.
- Report to Line Manager all HSE related issues and proffer strategic advices, to ensure full implementation of decision made.
- Conduct HSE Induction for New Employees.
- Any other duties that be assigned by Line Manager.
Qualification / Skills
- BSc / HND Related Field
- At least 3 years in a related role, in any Manufacturing Firm
- NEBOSH Certification
- HSE Certification (Level 1,2,3)
- Proficiency in RCA and Problem Solving.
- ISO 45000:1 Lead Auditor Certification

2.) Cashier
Job Title: Cashier
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Confirmation of cash brought forward from previous date. Collection of all cash from cashiers daily and report to fund supervisor
- Supervise subordinate daily work before approving
- Approving all cash transaction done in the ERP.
- Payment of reimbursement and IOU with appropriate signatures at different amount in cash, Suppliers’ payment with appropriate signatures, excess payment to marketers with appropriate signatures.
- Notifying (agents and marketers) and ensuring payment of returned cheques within 3days
- Daily closing of cash work and submission of all receipt and payment Vouchers
- Submitting weekly and monthly report to the Head of Department every week
- Daily closing in the ERP at the end of the month.
Qualifications / Skills
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees in a related field with 3+ years relevant work experience.
- Good numeric background
- Good attention to details
- Sound communication skills.

3.) HSE Officer

4.) Human Resources Supervisor
Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Taking part in interviews, assisting with the recruitment process, recruiting, and vetting of potential new employees.
- Organizing on boarding inductions for new hires.
- Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Oversee and manage staff Canteen, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Processing monthly payment for third party vendors.
- Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Manage Staff HMO plan, and renewal and ensuring effective collaboration with HMO and resolve staff complaints.
- Manage staff pension deductions and remittance.
- Maintain and update staff records and Bio- data
- Process and manage staff paid leave
- Manage staff attendance Bio- metrics capturing and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other related field
- Demonstrated minimum of 4 years experience in an HR role through the ranks from junior through to supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for effective delegation
- Ability to work unsupervised and conduct independent research where required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
- Competencies in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and Union Relation.
