1.) Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I
Job Title: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I
Location: Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Standard - 5 days on / 2 days off
Main Functions
- To be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities. Should have good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE), work selection criteria, work planning, norms estimating, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness, development of job packs, etc.
- Skilled in scheduling work tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment support, and labor crew (skills) composition and assignment.
- Typical Job Positions may include: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, Maintenance Lead, Planner/Scheduler.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates SAFETY is the top priority
- Participates in planning with Core/Work Teams
- Plans and schedules any Routine Maintenance work required
- Works with Planner in developing schedule, cost estimates and equipment planning for Routine work to be accomplished during the Turnaround window
- Able to plan complex job and develop resource plan with Scheduler, Execution lead, and Operations across all disciplines. Able to identify and monitor critical and sub-critical paths for major events.
- Able to apply advanced functions of Planning & Estimating Tools, as applicable to the position. Able to educate field execution personnel on look-ahead schedules, and help ensure timely work progression.
- Able to provide input to maintenance work Contracting/Procurement strategy and steward to that plan.
- Able to resolve scheduling issues, including: Negative Float, Out-of-sequence updates, resource overloads, scope change, progress validation, etc.
- Able to develop a complete job plan with materials, resources and timeline.
- Able to provide input into material of construction selection and management.
- Able to plan, estimate, track and schedule Field Order Changes (FCO's).
- Able to apply planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones.
- Able to adequately assess work contingencies with schedule impact, lead coordination activity between teams should contingencies arise.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering within an applicable discipline, appropriate certification(s) within discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
- Proficient in selected scheduling and planning software
- Demonstrates good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates.

2.) Instrument Maintenance Technician III
Job Title: Instrument Maintenance Technician III
Location: Bonny River Terminal, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract
Assignment Type: Onshore Rotation
Work Schedule: 2wk on / 2wk off - 14 days on / 14 days off
Main Functions
- Installs and maintains instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices.
- Tests and repairs instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality.
- Evaluates instruments to establish plans for repair.
- Documents and verifies problems and actions taken.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment
- Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups
- Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
- Is responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
- Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
- Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
- Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
- Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
- Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training, materials, and others) with co-workers
- Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
- Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting on company's instrument systems
- Is able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections consistent with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) Element 3
- Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommend upgrades as necessary
- Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree and Technical certifications required
- 20 years of experience.
- Experience in maintaining Instruments and Controls in processing plant or offshore production plant
General Technical Skills:
- Is familiar with regulations applicable to the operations of oil and gas facilities
- OIMS systems, related manuals, and procedures
Specific Technical Skills:
- Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
- Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap

3.) Camp Services Coordinator III
Job Title: Camp Services Coordinator III
Location: Bonny River, Rivers

Job Summary
- Coordinate the delivery of Camp and Catering services, Grounds-keeping, Non Process Building cleaning and minor Earthworks and Road Maintenance tasks within operational organizations. Includes services for local Airfield and occasional support to remote sites or assisting with project and contingency operations.
- To be considered for this role you must have strong safety leadership skills with previous exposure to major oil & gas company safety culture. In addition, you must be able to present ideas and communicate effectively across all levels of management.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Catering Surveillance/Performance/KPI Stewardship
- Site safety and controls stewardship (incl. kitchen, cafeteria) – Onshore only
- Provide company oversight to catering contractor operations to ensure food safety, quality and compliance to contract terms in service delivery
- Review menus and oversee venue, equipment, food, and service preparations with the catering vendor
- Conduct regular food safety inspections, HACCP Assessments, and training
- Confirm catering personnel qualifications and required certifications in place
- Liaise with key business lines, catering contractors, and Logistics to monitor food inventories
- Place food orders on a timely basis; Coordinate timing for food supply/inventory required with vendors
- Work with Logistics to ensure trucks was available for food transport (where required)
- Conduct inspection of raw and dry food materials, incl. reefers / CTUs
- Ensure that catering contractors comply with the HACCP and SHE contract requirements
- Steward onshore equipment maintenance by site
- Review / Endorse Meal Summary Sheets, Job Completion Certificate, and Statement of Work
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the safe performance of staff and contractors performing Facility Services functions, including Camp and Catering operations, Camp Maintenance and domestic services across non-process facilities
- Ensure control and accountability for all consumable resources, from order through to end use
- Ensure integrity of ration reconciliations. Report and assist in investigating any discrepancies or losses
- Ensure accurate maintenance of Attractive Items registers, and accountability for equipment
- Lead the implementation of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) 8-1, including the conduct of Interface Meetings, with associated contractors
- Ensure service levels are maintained for Facility services functions, with clearly promulgated service levels and procedures for support such as catering, room utilization and cleaning services
- Supervise the maintenance of accurate Camp Person On Board (POB) records, through the assistance of Personnel Tracking System (PTS) and Camp administrators
- Monitor ration and consumable usage. Plan and place orders for replenishment of bulk stores • Identify and report any unusual fuel consumption
- Ensure all equipment is serviceable, clean and maintained
- Coordinate maintenance activities through the Maintenance department as required
- Establish camp feedback and grievance management systems to promote continuous improvement
- Ensure reliable Waste Water, Potable water and Power to camp facilities, interfacing with other Maintenance and Plant operations teams as required
- Manage accounts with suppliers, and distributors
- Maintain compliant, accurate records of all deliveries, bills and accounts
- Ensure the safe handling of rations and food products by all employees & contractors. Ensure compliance with procedures
- Update and continuously improve procedures where required
- Review camp numbers and occupancy schedules
- Ensure full and complete reporting of group activities, including routine KPI’s and Metrics, as well as other reports as required
Execution:
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of work by the work team (Facility Services contractors)
- Guides and controls company activities to meet production priorities, achieve or exceed safety, cost saving, schedule and quality objectives
- Coordinate services for specific project or contingency support activities
- Responsible for overseeing the compliance, operational performance and cost of logistics contractors
- Specialist input at meetings: Logistics team meetings, Facility Toolbox meetings, Planning Meetings, Contractor meetings and workshops
Compliance:
- Ensures Facility Services teams comply with all applicable company OIMS standards
- Ensure the company Management Of the Change Process is adhered to
- Liaise closely with the Operations group on Facility service support tasks and issues
- Liaise closely with Contracts and Procurement Group in the management of Fuel Contractors and Suppliers
Best Practices:
- Implementation of Logistics Best Practice implementation Facility Services operations
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Facility Service support, ensuring close integration with stakeholders and other functions (e.g.:
- Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Procurement, Security)
- Identification and implementation of contractor performance improvement opportunities
Cost Control:
- Utilize company benchmarking and market analysis to ensure safest and most effective use of Logistics funding for services
- Forecast future Facility Service requirements to assist in budget development and assuring regular supply
Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE):
- Communicates job safety requirements to ensure that subordinates understand the work objectives, safety, health, environmental and security concerns associated with Fuel handling and distribution

- Minimum 10 years’ of catering and housekeeping experience

- Willing to visit and work onshore and offshore (as applicable)
- Excellent ability to interface with multiple groups, e.g. contractors, suppliers and end users
- Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities
- Excellent oral and written skills; ability to tailor to the audience
- Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Food handling, food safety and catering/camp supervision qualifications
- IT systems- ERP / Microsoft Word Apps to Intermediate standard
- Training or leadership qualifications or certifications
- Safety leadership qualifications or certifications
Experience:
- Experience with Camp Operations and building maintenance functions, with remote experience preferred
- Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting
- Experience in staff supervision, in a developing country environment
- Experience managing contractors within a dynamic, challenging and unpredictable environment
- Experience of using SAP (or other) computerized maintenance management tools
General Technical Skills:
- Strong safety and compliance focus, setting challenging targets for the team and individuals
- Advanced understanding of catering, camp management and facility services, in a remote environment
