1.) Head of Internal Audit, Africa
Job Title: Head of Internal Audit, Africa

Key Accountability
- Providing independent assurance over all PZ Cussons Africa operations including Demand; Supply operations; and Support Functions on the effectiveness of risk management and control procedures across the business and to highlight any particular risk areas.
- Develop yearly audit plan covering key business processes, allocate resources to audit assignments and agree plan with GM, Internal Controls.
- Ensure implementation of the annual Internal Audit Plan and Program in the company.
- Discuss and develop plan at commencement of specific audit/investigation assignment.
- Coordinate investigation/audit assignments for on timely delivery of internal audit assignment.
- Development, review, and update of internal audit programs
- Team lead for investigations and other special audit assignments.
- Work with external auditors for smooth running of statutory audit exercise.
- Present, discuss and agree audit findings and issues with auditees.
- Identification of business and operational risks, continuous evaluation of the adequacy of existing controls and advising management of necessary action to mitigate identified business/fraud risks
- Draft audit reports for review and finalisation by the Group Head of Audit at assignments completion
- Monitor action taken by management in response to audit work and reviews
- Prepare routine reports (key findings of outstanding audit/investigation jobs, Open HR issues, Fraud register) for circulation to management.
- Conduct compliance transaction/process walkthrough testing including conducting interviews, identifying inter relationships and weaknesses including systems gap
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensures that lessons learned from audit reviews and fraud investigations are incorporated into relevant policies and procedures.

Persons Specification
- Qualified Accountant and/or MBA, or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, CIA) or equivalent experience in one of the above is beneficial. Experience in use of Computer aided audit techniques (CAATS) and data analysis tools is beneficial.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including in a multinational (ideally multicultural/multilingual) corporate environment, with exposure to some of the following areas:
- Internal / external audit with detailed understanding of governance, risk management and internal controls.
- Risk based auditing, including the ability to review core financials and business data to identify potential risks and insights.
- In-depth understanding of business processes and systems.
- Project and change management - reviewing and assessing the impact of change on people and concluding on critical risks and steps to effectively manage those risks.
- Root cause analysis and insights generation - understanding an issue or complex problem, the key drivers behind it, and then defining an action plan to address these key drivers, finding a sustainable solution.
- Project management skills with experience of managing and delivering different priorities.
- Relationship management and business partnering skills – proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, especially senior management.
- People management skills – ability to influence and direct where appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally (written and verbal).

2.) Treasury Manager

Job Purpose
- Assist to manage treasury function for PZ Wilmar Business
- Working together with PZ/Wilmar Treasury & legal function, Supply chain Team, Banks etc on Treasury-related activities and documentation
- Reporting Relationships: Finance Director
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist in managing Banking relationships for PZ Wilmar
- Ensure Bank Facility, renewal process is completed as at when due and all necessary documents are provided with the agreed term after clearance from Wilmar & PZ.
- Assist in getting Form M application & approvals as per Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or’ any other authority’s guidance.
- Get LCs opened in line with Limit balance.
- Monitor Import documentation (ED” etc.) to ensure compliance to various processes, guidelines, regulations etc.
- Manage all front treasury operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
Checks & Controls:
- Verify various bank charges/ interest are in accordance with the rate agreed with the bank.
- Act and initiate action to control/ reduce these costs.
- Have control over various Form M/LC issued and regular review of the same.
- Reconciliation of Bid account, Forward coverage etc., and presenting this to Finance Controller/ Finance Director as needed.
- Sharing various treasury reports as & when needed.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. Accounting or another related course
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)/ ACCA
- Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Technical / Professional Experience:
- 3-4 years work experience
- Working knowledge SAP
- Good knowledge of Banking & Treasury
Good communication Skill:
- Behavioral competencies are linked to the grade of the position and will be assigned once the position has been evaluated.

3.) Production Engineer

- Plans, coordinates, organizes, and controls packing plant maintenance activities with the aim of achieving the followings
- Keeping the production machinery in optimal running condition always (95% line/machine availability)
- Ensures line/machine capability to operate at manufacturers rated speed
- Ensures line/machine capability to consistently produce good quality products to meet both internal and external customer satisfaction
- Ensures availability of critical spare parts to keep the plant operational always
- Plans and supervises the execution of preventive maintenance activities in the packing plant
- Ensures the availability of packing lines for prompt start up
- Ensures that lines are always running at optimal speed
- Carries out line balancing activities to ensure smooth and continuous run
- Carries out downtime analysis to identify problem areas and institutes action plans as well as supervises corrective actions to address the problem
- Ensures products meet quality specification of the organization.
- Ensures production wastages due to machines are reduced to acceptable limits per line
- Must be conversant with production plans so as to ensure a seamless transition between maintenance and packing activities
- Must be conversant with all service and ancillary equipment and their sources e.g. air compressors, water and oil pumps, storage tanks etc.
- Enforces SHE and GMP rules and policies of the company
- To identify training needs of Technicians and develop training plans for leadership approval
- Maintains discipline in the team
- Renders appropriate reports to Production Leader on timely bases, such as:
- Downtime analysis
- Equipment state of health
- Weekly maintenance, and utility cost
