Job Description
The role entails taking ownership and providing leadership towards the delivery of:
- Wealth Management services and contribution to Private Banking’s achievement of P & L ambition.
- Provision of advice to clients and Relationship Managers to meet the clients’ desired wealth management and investment objectives and therefore increase the bank’s share of the client’s wallet.
- Plays a key role in liaising with the RMs in discussing clients’ wealth management requirements as well as ensure flow of product knowledge.
- Drive the uptake of wealth products in a client centric manner.
- Support Private Banking and Retail Affluent RMs to drive knowledge of wealth products and sales.
- Provide leadership to the Wealth Advisory team to attain growth and profitability targets.
- Drive customer experience through quality advice strategy, products offering, RM relationships.
- Provide independent opinion on quality of clients’ existing investment portfolio and wealth needs.
- Determine clients’ risk appetite, investment preferences and returns expectations by partnering with RMs in client meetings.
- Provision of relevant solutions given client’s needs/objectives.
- Liaising with product partners (FBN Quest, Trustees and Insurance) to enhance clients’ experience.

Qualifications
- First Degree in any discipline with minimum of 2.2. or Higher National Diploma (HND) with minimum of Upper Credit

Participate in the Audit of the Bank’s
- Cyber Security Programs

- Security Operations Centre.
- Assists in the review of the Bank’s Firewalls, Core Switches, Routers, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems to ensure they are adequately configured to prevent intrusions into the bank’s networks
- Participates in the audit of Antivirus, patch management, SIEM and other emerging security solutions deployed by the Bank
- Participates in various audit engagements to ensure the audits are performed in line with Internal Audit Methodology and relevant professional standards
- Carries out special investigation into cyber security related breaches, system outages or attacks
- Follow-up on timely regularization of audit exceptions and assurance reviews
- Participates in Cybersecurity Operations projects

Education:

5.) Business Planning and Analytics Manager

Job Description
- Engage Group Executive and Group Heads to document the Division’s strategy document and decompose the strategy into critical quantitative operational metrics
- Design and build business performance operational metrics and analytics leveraging intelligent analytics tools to monitor strategy implementation for the Division covering technology, digital innovation, and banking services for Nigeria and African subsidiaries
- Prepare and publish high-quality reports for the GE for CEO monthly briefing meetings and Board Committee meetings
- Prepare and publish high-quality performance reports for the divisions monthly and quarterly performance meetings (MPR)
- Design and implement a system for tracking and dashboarding the status of agreed priority initiatives across various units in the Division and working closely with GE and GHs to ensure the timely execution of strategy
- Conduct both local and global research on banking and technology transformation trends and produce high-quality insights/recommendations
- Serve as a single point of contact for Division-wide programs/initiatives e.g. CSR, Employee engagement programs, etc.
- Take initiative to monitor trends and highlight useful trends that will require taking action by the Division to improve the performance, and customer engagement, and ultimately increase the profitability of the Bank.
- Support Group Executive and take on specific responsibilities as may be assigned to GE from time to time.
Duties & Responsibilites
- Coordinate strategic activities for the Office of GE Technology, Digital Innovation & Services to strengthen relationships within the bank and with various stakeholders
- Coordinate the efficiency efforts of the GE Technology, Digital Innovation & Services for maximum impact

- Use of SQL for scripting and data visualization and analytics e.g. PowerBI etc.
