1.) Director of Works and Maintenance
Job Title: Director of Works and Maintenance
Location: Keffi, Nasarawa
The Position
- The Director of Works and Maintenance is a Management Staff and the Head of the Directorate under the direct supervision of the Vice-Chancellor.
- He/She shall be responsible for the physical/infrastructural facilities management and maintenance in the University.
- He/She shall undertake supervision by ensuring quality standard/maintenance and servicing of physical structures, motor vehicles and machines and keeping proper inventory of all University properties and having responsibility of their security and upkeep.
The Candidate
- The University seeks candidates who are proactive with amiable track record in public service, must be visionary with proven academic distinction, managerial ability, high integrity and transparency in private and public life.
- He/She must fully understand the complexity of the University System and command respect and engender loyalty of both staff and students.
- Candidate must also enjoy good mental and physical health, must be ICT proficient in relevant computer applications and should not be above 60 years of age at the time of assumption of office.
- Candidate must show evidence of NYSC discharge certificate or exemption.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess a minimum of Second Class Lower degree from a recognized University / tertiary institution in Civil or Building or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture.
- Possession of a Ph.D or Postgraduate qualification(s) in relevant field shall be an added advantage.
- Candidate must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience seven (7) of which must have been spent in Senior Management position and atleast four (4) years as Deputy Director in a University or comparable institution.
- In addition, candidate must possess professionally recognized qualification(s) and registered with relevant professional and regulatory bodies such as: COREN, ARCON, CORBON, OSRBN, TOPREC, ESVARBON and must demonstrate high level of knowledge and competence in the general maintenance of the University Physical Infrastructure.
Condition of Service
- The appointment shall be for a single term of five (5) years from the date of assumption of duty.

2.) Director of Physical Planning and Development
Job Title: Director of Physical Planning and Development
Location: Keffi, Nasarawa
The Position
- The Director, Physical Planning and Development is a Management Staff and the Head of the Directorate under the direct supervision of the Vice-Chancellor.
- He/She shall be responsible for the physical development of the University, including landscape development, coordination and supervision of project construction, ensures quality and standard of physical structures through proper advice and liaison with relevant bodies involved in construction works, prepare quarterly and annual reports on state of physical facilities to include ongoing and/or planned projects while ensuring proper preparation of tender documents for the University.

- He/She must fully understand the complexity of the University System and command respect and engender loyalty of both staff and students.

Qualifications and Experience

- Candidate must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience seven (7) of which must have been spent in Senior Management position and atleast four (4) years as Deputy Director in a University or comparable institution.
- Candidates must in addition, possess professionally recognized qualification(s) and registered with relevant professional and regulatory bodies such as: COREN, ARCON, CORBON, OSRBN, TOPREC, ESVARBON and must demonstrate impressive knowledge in project conception, handling and management including promotion of green campus.

Job Title: Director of Health Services
Location: Keffi, Nasarawa
The Position
- The Director of Health Services is a Management Staff and the Administrative Head of the University Health Services.
- He shall assume full responsibility for effective organization, administration and general policy of the University health care services.
- He shall work under the direct supervision of the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the Health Centre.
The Candidate

- He/She must fully understand the complexity of the University System and command respect and engender loyalty of both staff and students.

Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must possess good honours Degree in Medicine from a recognized University / Tertiary institution. Possession of a Fellow of Medical Postgraduate College Certificate or Higher Degree in relevant fields of Medicine will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must have acceptable evidence of full registration and licencing with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience; Seven of which must have been spent in Senior Management position.
- In addition, candidate must have spent at least four (4) years as Deputy Director or Chief Medical Officer or Medical Consultant in a University or comparable institution.

Job Title: Bursar

The Position
- The Bursar is a Principal Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the University.
- He is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day financial administration and control of the University finances.

Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess a minimum of second class lower Degree in Accounting or related discipline from a recognized University. Possession of a relevant higher degree will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must in addition; possess professionally recognized Accounting qualification(s) and registered with professional body e.g. ICAN, ANAN, ACMA, ACCA, CAN, CPA.
- The candidate must have at least fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience and ten (10) years post professional qualification(s).
- In addition, the candidate must have at least seven (7) years relevant experience in senior management position preferably in a University.
- He/She must be a Deputy Bursar as at the time of applying.
