1.) Logistics Manager (x4)
Location: Abuja / Lagos / Ibadan - Oyo / Enugu
Responsibilities
- Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, safety performance, or logistics quality management
- Ensure effective control and management of delivery officers while on route and at loading points
- Sign off accurate diesel issuance to trucks at plants or depots and curb wastage
- Generate and deliver accurate trip reports into Microsoft Dynamics and Transport Management System for the Business Performance team to access within agreed deadlines. Collection and submission of trip waybills to head office in line with agreed SOP
- Reconcile daily trip performance reports with the tracking system report
- Work closely with delivery officers, workshops, and the Business Performance Unit to ensure truck availability.
- Ensure that delivery officers meet the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) as stipulated in the contract. Curb all delivery officer’s road excesses and take part in discipline/rewarding process
- Ensure that all planned logistics activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
- Monitoring transport costs.
- Accident and incident management
- Raise weekly trip allowance
- Work with the Business Performance team to review full month data, reconcile with the clients and close full month invoice by the 5th of a new month.
Qualification and Key Competencies
- BSc. / HND in Social Science or any related transportation field
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience.
- Strong Leadership, Negotiation, and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in the use of spread sheet (MS Excel) and strong in numbers
- Strong communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Ability to demonstrate good Emotional Intelligence
- Ability to demonstrate Industry Knowledge
- Good knowledge of federal, state and city laws, statutes and ordinances.

2.) Breakages Control Officer (x5)
Location: Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Enugu or Ibadan - Oyo
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor each trip’s breakages reports and documentation for all vehicles
- Carryout sorting at client’s premises to ensure load guarantee for each truck loading out
- Carryout sorting supervision for empties returned from trade at client’s premises daily
- Reconcile with client’s representatives on-site and have a signed record kept for debiting purposes
- Share same report of reconciled records on weekly basis with the Logistics Manager on site and Head Office team.
- Ensure strict review of debits coming from Client and reconcile same
- Ensure unaccounted breakages from drivers are reported to the Logistics Managers for consequence management
- Prepare and Keep record of breakages and short deliveries from driver for Head Office use as may be required weekly or monthly
- Support the Fleet Officers in tracking daily trip details per truck in the fleet from the location
- Advocate and implement standard operational procedures to maintain best practices in industry
- Support the Fleet Officers in ensuring trucks are managed optimally.
Qualification and Key Competencies
- OND in Social Science or any related field
- Proficiency in Spread Sheet
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Good communication, agility, and interpersonal skills.

3.) Workshop Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- To coordinate all workshop related activities and ensure availability of trucks.
- Ensure workshop procedures & systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.
- Continuously monitor repair time & repair quality and ensure the KPI (MTTR & RFTR) targets are achieved.
- Ensure customer focus-oriented culture among the team and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Ensure workshop facility, equipment & tools are adequately maintained and available in ready to use condition.
- Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
- Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of repairs before the release of vehicles.
- Provide technical advice to team members, analyze and interpret data.
- Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions
- Guiding & motivating productive staff to improve productivity & efficiency.
- Monitor and control workshop expenses.
Qualification and Key Competencies
- HND / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Commercial Vehicles)
- Minimum of 8 years strong Engineering experience with an established Commercial Vehicle Workshop (Trucks specifically)
- Strong Leadership skill
- Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.
- Problem solving skill and team spirit.
- Product knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
- Good business acumen
- Ability to guide & train others.
- Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package
- Valid driver’s license.

4.) Service Advisor
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Receive all Fleet Solutions trucks into the workshop, take inventory of breakdown and hands over truck to the workshop manager; establishing root cause and identifying trends, working with workshop teams to analyze and eradicate failures
- Develops and implements vehicle daily inspection sheets; reviews and schedules repairs/maintenance
- Prepares fleets condition reports; prepares investigative reports on all damaged parts and informs management.
- Supervise and monitor spare parts and tire usage, check the quality of service parts, labor hours as estimated
- Monitor workshop diagnosis procedure and ensure that all complaints of the Delivery officer are attended to
- Approves all estimates before work commences and approves all job completion certificates if satisfied with work done
- Keep adequate records of vehicle repair and maintenance, spare parts and tires usage and ensure that maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor truck throughput into the workshop to ascertain reliability of repairs, MTTR and reduce man-hour waste. Return jobs within warranty period should not be billed and excess delays of tasks should be reported to the Fleet Operations and Compliance Manager
- Monitor labor hours spent on truck repair against approved estimate and report variations
- Close all job cards with the Data clerk as soon as truck is released within agreed timeline.
Qualification and Key Competencies
- HND / B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years strong Engineering experience with an established Commercial Vehicle Workshop.
- Strong knowledge of Heavy-Duty Trucks.
- Problem solving skill and team spirit.
- Demonstrated good knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
- Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.

5.) Health, Safety and Environment Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Provide HSE leadership and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.
- Development of related QHSE procedures, and policies for the group (Transportation, Automobile, Real Estate & Other Service outfit)
- Oversee the implementation of HSE standard policies and processes across the group and also ensuring full compliance to these requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding transportation and workplace safety.
- Overseeing and implementing the elements of a Crash Management process including coordination of reporting, investigation, documentation and management of incidents.
- Manage and review work site hazard assessments, identifies unsafe acts/conditions or unsafe behaviors, accident/injury prevention, hazardous material/waste management and provide support, guidance and recommendations for corrective action.
- Developing materials and conducting training for drivers in the implementation of the Transportation Safety Management System.
- Performs Risk Assessment across locations and facilities to identify inherent risks and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and management system
- Follow up on inspection and audit non-conformances and ensure closure
- Lead the group in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) best practices
- Mentoring the competency of managers in safety management practices, protocols and procedures.
- Conduct/Ensure implementation of QHSE periodic audit systems and housekeeping inspection at various BUs to improve quality of service, housekeeping and GMP.
Qualification and Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
- 10+ years’ transportation management and/ or safety management experience
- Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using HSE Auditing Techniques
- Knowledge of federal and state safety laws.
- With proven experience, a certified International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Lead Auditor
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, 1SO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely using appropriate mediums, listen effectively, demonstrate understanding, and clarify meaning for others.
- Strong Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving and Facility Management skills.
- Understand and apply meaningful operations and safety performance metrics.
- Ability to plan and execute events, safety meetings, accident review meetings, and safety celebrations.
- Develop and communicate informative presentations and strategies for stakeholders and managers to gain understanding and consensus.
