Job Summary

• Support in analysing data and financial trends that contribute to driving data-driven initiatives to reduce churn and improve revenue and NPS across the enterprise product segments.

Job Role

• Assist in analysing Enterprise Business database per segment
• Assist in coordinating analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyse customer data from multiple applications.
• Assist in analysing and optimize product performance per portfolio
• Assist in ensuring proper portfolio management and product lifecycle management is adhered to.
• Assist in developing and managing reporting templates that enable the business unit to track performance against budgets for all products to ensure compliance on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist in the impact assessment of market trends, competitor activity and business solution strategy on quality of customer acquisition and profitability performance (including the impact of marketing propositions/plans).
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports against forecast on revenue and gross adds projections for the Business with key stakeholders.
• Undertake analysis of data and market intelligence to advice management about key issues for strategy development to achieve wallet penetration targets.
• Prepare status reports on product performance on continuous bases to guide management decision making on driving profitability growth of the business
• Assist in the management of enterprise profitability KPIs by driving performance towards the sale of products with higher profitability
• Assist in impact assessment of market trends, competitor activity and MTN Business solution strategy on loyalty and customer retention.
• Undertake post launch analysis of products and provide key insights to enhance decision making on products within enterprise business unit
• Track churn to ensure the set KPI is achieved within the business unit along all product lines.
• Provide key support in the design and implementation of churn management initiatives to ensure desired results are achieved.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• Minimum of a University Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Computer / Electrical / Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing or related degree

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven relevant experience in a similar role.

Job Role

• Support in preparing pre and post evaluation on all Enterprise Business products & services, projects (partnerships, converged services etc.).
• Assist in performing Profit & Loss analysis for Enterprise Business decision making.
• Assist in Checking and confirming performance to ensure the payment of appropriate commissions.
• Assist in reviewing ICT tariffs to ensure divisional objectives are achieved.
• Assist in providing input for tariffs review of all other Enterprise products & Services including New New products.
• Assist in collaborating with Marketing to manage Post Paid tariffs and ensure tariff change forms are filled to effect changes in tariffs.
• Champion segment product reporting on a regular basis.
• Assist in tracking all Audit queries and Divisional risks to ensure closure within the required period.
• Assist in monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs for customer services and order fulfillment operations.
• Assist in gathering financial and non-financial data for various reporting purposes
• Perform any other assigned functions and implement corrective actions within the confinements of the division.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a relevant Degree in Marketing, Financial Accounting, Telecommunications Engineering or related degree.

Job Role

• Support in designing a cost-effective technology solution for enterprise customers, wholesale Providers, Internet Service providers (ISPs), Other Network Operators, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), Educational institutions campuses, residential and business areas on request.
• Provide support in the development of technical documentation and high-level designs of customer as well as Bill of Materials (BOM) & Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Assist in collaborating with other stakeholders such as IT, Networks, Projects and Managed service operators to verify the availability, suitability and allocation of network resources for customer service designs and provisioning.
• Asist in Liaising with Service Delivery team for successful implementation of new products and projects according to agreed designs.
• Assist in collaborating with Products and Partnerships teams in performing evaluations, testing and validations for new products and solution according to submitted customer technical documentation, whilst ensure internal processes and policies are complied with.

4.) Engineer, Network Monitoring Centre (NMC)

 

Job Summary:

• Ensure that the Managed Service Provider’s NMC duties are performed per Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (SLA/KPI’s) in line with MTN Ghana business objectives. This role will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all network related changes by ensuring implementation is in accordance with change control procedures, with minimum customer impact, towards achieving the desired results of the changes.

• Escalation of problems associated with Request for Change (RFC) to line manager and identified stakeholders

• Escalate serious and long outstanding faults to the Manager, Network Change Control board & NMC
• To generate/develop periodic and adhoc reports per timelines agreed on with Line Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• Minimum of a University degree B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
• An ITIL certification will be an added advantage
• Project Management certification / Scrum certification will be a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years’ hands on experience in Transmission, switching in an IP Service Management Centre environment
• Must demonstrate considerable experience in managing 3rd Parties within a Manage service environment

Knowledge

• In depth knowledge of Telecommunications Technology Fundamentals
• Adequate knowledge in Network System technologies (GSM, WCDM etc).
• Adequate knowledge in Windows, Unix & Linux Operating Systems
• Adequate Knowledge in MS Office suite
• Adequate knowledge in Management & Reporting tools (Service Now, MAPS, OSS, M2000)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to query, collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of data / information with attention to detail and accuracy will be an added advantage.
