1.) Senior Manager - Mobile Advertising, Enterprise Business

Description
- Develop, plan and execute mobile advertising business plan and strategy
- Create mobile advertising service roadmap based on industry trends using owned and third-party inventories
- Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, new inventories and design elements
- Consistently manage and oversee advertising campaigns to ensure they are engaging customers and bringing in results
- Identify opportunities to drive value to existing and new customers across identified segments of the market
- Develop a competitive pricing approach to generate agreed margins for propositions under the Mobile Ads category
- Identify trends and insights and optimize customer spend and performance based on the insights
- Oversee the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience
- Collaborate with clients to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize owned and 3rd party inventories
- Evaluate emerging technologies in the advertising space and create growth strategies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for advertising where appropriate
- Review the performance of individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance appraisal procedures and time schedules.
Requirements
Education:
- First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline
- MBA or Masters is an added advantage
- Fluent in English
Experience:
- 9 - 17 years’ experience which includes:
- Manager track record of 6 years or more; with at least 4 years’ experience in telecommunications, digital marketing, digital product management, content management
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the telecommunication industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Knowledge and strong Experience in Digital Advertising Business
- Good B2B sales experience, Digital sales experience will be advantageous
- Hands on experience in managing and implementing digital products and initiatives
- Project Management experience will be advantageous
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, players, business models and industry related best practices
- Understanding of emerging markets and trends
- Abreast of global mind-set and best practice.

2.) Manager - Channel Development, Enterprise Business

Description
- Drive revenue growth across Enterprise Business channel ecosystem
- Drive value and innovation through the partner ecosystem based on shared functions between partnerships and channel management – contracting, partner on-boarding, governance and SLA management
- Define KPIs and agree on SLAs with SME Sales Agencies (SSAs) and other retail outlets
- Review compliance to SLAs by channel partners
- Serve as a primary liaison between SSAs, Retail Outlets, Online Channel Partners and MTN internal teams
- Ensure delivery of trainings to sales agents and Frontline sales teams on MTN Enterprise products and solutions
- Ensure sales agents are provided with tools-of-trade, branded T-shirts, Face caps, contract lines etc
- Ensure creation of user accounts on Enterprise Partner Portal for SME Sales Agencies/Partners
- Ensure creation of user accounts on SME App for SSAs’ field agents and Frontline Sales teams
- Monitor and review sales performance across channel ecosystem
- Provide periodic reports on sales and segmentation updates by field sales teams and Frontline teams across MTN retail outlets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with all channel partners with the view to increase sales of Enterprise business Fixed, ICT and Mobile services in the assigned territories
- Manage the implementation of sales commissions, incentives and recognitions/awards
- Ensure working synergy between Channel Partners and Customer Support, Tele-sales, Finance, TP Ordering, Logistics and other internal units

- Provide support to SSAs in order to ensure effectiveness of ordering process

Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of University Degree in any related discipline
- Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
- 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:
- Minimum 5 years in a sales role
- Prior experience managing indirect channels sales operation within telecommunications and or FMCG sector
- Good knowledge of business and data analytics
- Proven written and oral communication skill

Description
- Configure & implement CVM & BTL campaigns
- Monitor and track campaign performance over campaign lifecycle
- Manage the execution of Campaign Management calendar
- Utilize both inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for the purpose of campaign execution, deployment and evaluation
- Perform test & UATs for the new BTL offers
- Responsible for developing and executing Below The Line campaigns with the aim of generating incremental revenue and reducing churn on the network
- Manage the implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread campaign scripts to ensure the best and effective marketing communication is achieved to drive campaign uptake and improved campaign success rate
- Analyze outbound and inbound campaign results and propose recommendations to the business based on campaign performance
- Take ownership of the Go to market process, ensuring all processes and customer journeys are designed and followed
- Design monthly campaign calendar and campaign plan for execution ensuring timelines are met and targeting is in line with strategy
- Manage the Campaign Management systems and channels

- Demonstrable reporting & analytical skills
- Proven understanding of customer data analysis
