1.) Sustainability & CSR Manger
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead Sustainability & CSR. The Sustainability & CSR Manger will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing Nigerian Breweries Plc Sustainability & CSR objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop key sustainability strategies and regularly review impact of sustainability and community engagement efforts.
- Manage internal systems and procedures relevant to sustainability and community engagement
- Manage the relationship with current sustainability partners and identify other external partners/vendors needed to execute on our sustainability strategy.
- Develop authentic communication strategies and content to support sustainability and community engagement efforts.
- Develop tools and metrics to measure and monitor progress and success
- Monitor sustainability trends and competitors initiatives to support process improvement.
- Develop annual sustainability report in accordance with GRI including case studies and socio-economic.
- Execute engagement plan with Nigerian Breweries partners, customers and suppliers for development and delivery of their sustainability plans.
- Develop relevant relationships with academia, think-tanks, business community, NGOs and other stakeholders in FMCG/Sustainability sector to positively influence workable policy on Sustainability regulation.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class upper or 2nd Class lower with a Master's Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences or Engineering.
- An MBA with specialization in Environmental Science offers an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate sustainability/corporate responsibility role or related capabilities.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, social impact and community engagement.
- Experience across multiple sustainability dimensions, including community, people, environmental, procurement, operational practices, and customer engagement.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyse and understand research and to identify relevant and valuable information.

2.) Automation Engineer - Packaging
Location: Lagos
Rols and Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains a safe environment according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN and local regulations, policies and procedures.
- Feeds Planning team leader and maintenance planner with preventive maintenance plans to failures and restore assets to basic condition.
- Supports resolution of Automation linked Corrective Maintenance in Packaging
- Mentors and trains PM, CM and Machine Specialists in executing breakdown analysis and implementation of minor stops, alarm & speed loss reduction process
- Provide high level of production network security through effective network/systems administration and adherence to information security policy for the PCD as the alternate network/systems administrator in his/her work area.
- Manages assigned project by developing an accurate plan, defining clear scope while allocating sufficient resources to achieve specific goals On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class upper or 2nd Class lower with a Master degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Systems/Software Engineering. A masters degree offers an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience driving maintenance engineering processes.
- Good knowledge of maintenance operations and CMMS (i.e. asset master data key-user and becoming/training for asset master data expert).
- Possess basic knowledge of cost driver and performance killer analysis, ABC criticality ranking, preventive maintenance, critical spare parts selection, item segmentation & inventory management, asset performance management.
- Excellent technical maintenance analysis- and reporting skills.
- People management and leadership experience.
- In-depth competence in maintenance methodology, TPM or Six Sigma and project management.
- Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.

4.) Government Affairs Manager

Job Description
- The Government Affairs Manager is a politically savvy professional with access to key stakeholders in government and a dependable enabler for the company to shape public policies and lead advocacies on corporate affairs campaigns that are material to business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing the business with strategic advice by identifying and capturing investment opportunities in collaboration with government, while protecting the value of existing assets
- Identifying key national policies and political opportunities/risks that impact short and long term business goals including draft alcohol regulation, excise administration, tax stamps and production licenses to shape campaign strategies.
