1.) Coordinator, Digital Channel Growth
Job Summary:
• Contribute to the scaling of the digital channels in terms of top commercial KPIs (e.g. Monthly Active Users) and engagement.

Job Role
• Drive acquisition activities for all Digital channels
• Conduct engagement campaigns (e.g. in-app messages)
• Conduct experiments to improve the full funnel from awareness to referral
• Provide input to the product owners on changes required to bring scale
• Collaborate with the Analytics and Reporting team to gather insights required to drive Growth initiatives
• Scale Digital channels to make them the #1 self-care channel for all customers
• Drive revenues and other critical KPIs for the success of the Digital Channels strategy
• Increase the number of customers who transact on the channel and refer to friends
• Scale the channels and drive engagement KPIs
• Ensure proper reporting on all levels of KPIs (top and deep dive) are provided to senior leaders

Qualification Required & Experience
Education
• A First Degree in any related field of study.
• Digital Marketing certification and/or Design Thinking is a plus

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a digital organization or in the digital department of an organization
• Experience with Growth Marketing
• Good experience and knowledge of the main digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.

• Good experience with PowerPoint

2.) Coordinator, Enterprise Service Delivery
Job Summary:
• Coordinate Service delivery for enterprise customers within the assigned segment in close collaboration with Key Account Manager and all relevant stakeholders including Network Group, Capital Projects.

Job Role
• Engage Customers throughout the project delivery process and manage the correspondence between the implementation team and the customer contacts.
• Provide operational support to the commercial team within the assigned segments.
• Develop and maintain systems for records and databases as required.
• Undertake any other relevant duties and projects which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time by the Enterprise Service Delivery Manager.
• Maintain close professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the KAMs, whilst ensuring internal processes and policies are complied with.
• Identify and improve delivery processed that are outdated and does not align with our current customer needs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments including CPG/NWG/CR for the delivery of all ICT and Mobile services for Enterprise customers.

Qualification Required & Experience
Education
• Minimum of a First Degree in a related field.
• Project Management Certificate is an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of years’ service delivery experience preferably within Telecom/ISP industry
• Enterprise solutions delivery
• Project management experience
Training
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications or Knowledge
• CCNA/CCNP certification or knowledge.
• Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) Certification.

3.) Manager, Analytics & Reporting
Job Summary:
• To Provide analytics insights and reports for all digital products and platforms
Job Role
• Create commercial reports on Digital products and platforms for MTN Ghana leadership
• Provide in depth analysis of digital products performance
• Perform deep analysis on how the digital products are used by customers based on data from the tools (e.g. funnel analysis, registration rates etc.)
• Work with the IT Business Intelligence team and the Customer Insights team to provide relevant insights and analysis in relation to how customers use the digital products
• Provide training on the use of Digital Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to the rest of the Digital team
• Faster and more reliable delivery of commercial reports for Digital products
• Provide critical information for the prioritization of the delivery of new requirements for Digital products
• Identify potential areas for improvements
• Get the team to become independent on the use of the analytics tools

• Experience with Digital Advertising is a plus

• Experience working for a platform business (e.g. e-commerce) is a plus
