We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Personnel / Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

To build and maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers while providing a high level of expertise.
He/She must have good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.

Description

Ability to communicate regularly with customers to understand needs, evaluate current product use and cross-sell new products.

Responsibilities

Being able to generate new businesses and asking for referrals from existing customers.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a minimum of BSc / HND qualification
A minimum of 2 years of experience in any Financial institution would be an added advantage.

Skills:

A 3 days training shall be conducted for better skills acquisition.

Salary / Remuneration

N150,000 - N225,000 monthly.
A Monthly income and gratuity plan benefits shall be discussed during the interview.
