Who Should Apply?

WONCA Europe is looking for one outstanding candidate who meets the following criteria:

Language Proficiency

• Must be fluent in English at CEFR C1 level in reading, writing, and speaking
• No formal language certificate is required, but strong communication skills are essential

Membership Requirement

• Must be a member of a full National Member Organisation of WONCA Europe

Experience Criteria

Applicants must fall into one of these three categories:

1. Final-year family medicine specialty trainees
2. Graduates within 10 years of completing specialty training in Family Medicine
3. Practicing GPs with 3–10 years of experience in countries without formal specialty training programs
