Who Can Apply

Applications must come from a UK lead institution in partnership with one institution from Brazil, Morocco, Pakistan, or Peru.

UK lead organisations should be one of the following:

  • A higher education provider with degree-awarding powers
  • A not-for-profit research institution, establishment, or organisation

Partner country institutions should be one of the following as defined locally:

  • A higher education provider
  • A not-for-profit research institution, establishment, or organisation

Only the UK lead institution can start and submit the online application. Any submission initiated by a non-UK entity will be deemed ineligible.

How to Apply

  1. Prepare a joint proposal with clear objectives, capacity-building plans, and sustainability measures.
  2. Ensure your UK lead partner registers on the application portal.
  3. Complete the online form by September 9, 2025.
