Careerical Job Board Legal Disclaimer

The Careerical Job Board acts as a free-of-charge job posting service only and Careerical makes no recommendations regarding potential employers or employees.

By using the Careerical Job Board, employers and job seekers agree to use the Careerical Job Board for its intended purpose and to refrain from uploading language that is untruthful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity.

Careerical does not screen applicants for qualifications or work authorization. Careerical makes no recommendation regarding potential employers or employees. Careerical does not guarantee the validity of any job vacancy submitted to the Careerical Job Board. All hiring is handled directly between the job applicant and the employer. Careerical does not guarantee a job placement for anyone using the Careerical Job Board, nor does Careerical guarantee that an employer will fill a vacancy by using the Careerical Job Board.

Any employer who posts a job opening and uses a logo, trademark or copyright protected material warrants and represents that the employer has full authority and permission to use such logo, trademark and/or copyright protected material, both in connection with the Careerical Job Board and otherwise, and expressly agrees to allow Careerical to use it in connection with the Careerical Job Board and promoting the job opening. Hence, any logo, trademark and images posted on the job board properties of the copyright owners, and only used on the job board for information purposes.

Careerical reserves the right to monitor all Careerical Job Board postings and we further reserve the unilateral right to refuse a posting in Careerical’s sole discretion.

All users of the Careerical Job Board represent and agree that they will indemnify the Careerical against any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, relative to any claim made against Careerical by any person or entity that is related in any way or arising out of use of the Careerical Job Board.

Information Collection and Use by Careerical eConsult

Careerical eConsult collects user submitted information such as name, email address, phone number to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to Careerical eConsult services. Careerical eConsult also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, date of birth, address, employment status etc., to enable a tailored approach to service delivery.

Careerical eConsult also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

We may also use a user’s email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding our services. It is important to note that the updates, newsletters or news will be that containing information that we believe will be to the user’s advantage.

Careerical eConsult member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. Careerical eConsult takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private by making the passwords encrypted so nobody can view them (not even the administrator). We use reasonable measures to protect other member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information.
