• Junior Sous Chef - Hot Kitchen
• Commis Chef - Hot Kitchen
• Chef Départie - Cold Kitchen
• Demi-Chef Départie - Cold Kitchen
• Junior Sous Chef - Cold Kitchen
• Commis Chef - Cold Kitchen
• Plating Supervisor
• Fruits and Veg Prep Chef
• Bakery/Pastry Chef (Chef – in – Charge)

Requirements:
• Handson experience for a 2 to 3 years in a fast paced culinary service providing environment within Airline catering services or 4 – 5 Star Hotel/Resturants
• Chef Départie – well experienced in Western Cuisines produced for Airline catering services or 4 – 5 Star Hotels/Resturants
• Bakery/Pastry Chef - well experienced in English Pasteries produced for Airline catering services or 4 – 5 Star Hotel/Resturants.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• ⁠Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards and implementation
• Ensuring that work is done according to airline specifications and HACCP/HALAL standards.
