1.) Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Division
Job Title: Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Division

Description
- As a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, you’ll give leadership and direction required to ensure that customer relationships are developed and maintained by providing excellent financial products and services that add value to the customer while minimizing costs and risk to the bank.
- You’ll acquire, manage, retain meaningful relationships with our customers, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their financial needs.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Draw up work schedules for identifying and marketing prospective customers
- Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers
- Plan and report on Marketing calls for the unit
- Structure credit facilities to address customers' needs and prepare/review credit proposals with the Group Head
- Monitor and ensure customers’ compliance with credit agreements

Requirements
Desired Skills:

- Practical experiences in Machine Learning, as well as NLP, Deep Learning (Tensor flow), Statistical Modelling, Quantitative Analysis, Forecasting, Data Visualization
- Certifications such as Oracle Certified Master, Certified Data Scientist (The Open Group), Chartered Member and Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), and Chartered Member (CPC III) of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN).
- 10 - 15 years of demonstrated experience in data management disciplines including data integration, modelling, optimization and/or data quality, 6 years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs within complex contexts, preferably in the financial services industry
- Board level experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development.
