Job Vacancy at Successors World Limited (Ghana) – Client Relationship Officer (Female)

A leading and highly reputable Insurance Company requires the services of Client Relations Officer to help expand the business by actively managing new clients and maintaining the existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with keyclients
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal Candidate must:

• Degree Holder from any recognized institution in Ghana.
• Experience in Banking & Insurance an Advantage
