JOB OVERVIEW
Main Purpose of the Role:
The role holder is responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are met. The role will focus on 3 key areas: achieving sales and revenue targets; grow customer revenue and market share.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Use selling techniques to enhance sales, such as: selling add-on sales and showcasing engraving information to customers to achieve company and individual sales goals.
- Ensure a high-quality customer service experience; making product and personalization recommendations consistent with the customer’s expectations.
- Articulate product knowledge to customers; be the gift expert.
- Responsible to be a role model for the sales teammates and demonstrate the standard for customer experience
- Innovation /New product and market expansion
- Revenue projection/sales forecasting and growth potential
- Own customer acquisition: Identify and generate leads for pipeline fill, contact prospects, responsibility for end-to-end sales process.
- Deliver presentations and close sales
Job Holder Specification
Formal Education: Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related field. A membership of a related professional body will be an added advantage
Experience: 2-4 years Sales experience especially in Healthcare will be preferred
