GoalConsult is in search of a talented and motivated individual for the post of Call Centre Manager in one of our offices in Accra, Ghana.

REQUIREMENTS

HND or 1st Degree Holder
Excellent Communication Skills
Minimum of 2 years Experience in Call Centre Management
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong coaching and leadership Skills
Proficiency with necessary Technology including Software Applications
Polite and Professional Phone Voice
Able to Hire, Train, Coach and lead Call Centre Representatives
Assisting other Management team members in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goals
Other Administrative Duties.
