Al-Mansour Automotive is recruiting for a Branch Manager in Ghana.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the operations and administration of the business in the branch for adequate return on investment
Keep the company image at a high level in the region and northern zone of the business
supervise other office activities (facility management, renovations, event planning etc.)
Manage and corporate with HR/Admin Officer in all environmental and safety compliance at the branch
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure the business’ strong presence in the region
objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
Maintaining reporting structures for the sales team and keeping an up to date inventory of all cars.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Country Manager
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Manage schedules and deadlines for all payments from customers
Other duties assigned by management
