1.) Field Engineer Trainee
Job Title: Field Engineer Trainee
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
- The Field Engineer Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers.
- The Field Engineer Trainee identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risks during service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all job deliverables are completed with accuracy, quality, and within established timelines.
- Execute service delivery activities in alignment with customer expectations and company standards.
- Contribute to job risk assessments and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Support the Design/Technical Engineer in the implementation of technical programs, proposals, and bids.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers, driving performance improvements through structured action plans.
- Participate actively in HSE and Quality programs to maintain high operational standards.
- Adhere to all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with required safety training and certifications.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Job Delivery and Service Delivery team
Qualification, Experieces and Exposures
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical etc
- Recent graduate with 0-2 years of post‑graduation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high‑pressure environments, with strong learning agility and adaptability to evolving situations and challenges.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficient in English, with strong written, verbal, and reading skills.

2.) Maintenance Technicia
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
Surface Well Testing Maintenance Technician:
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands.
- The Maintenance Technician participates in and conducts preventive maintenance and repairs of tools and equipment according to standards, procedures and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on assigned equipment in alignment with the established maintenance program and the Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategy, ensuring full adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work procedures.
- Maintain strict transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems by accurately recording materials and supplies used, labor hours, and equipment maintenance performance data including equipment movements, work orders, parts consumption, and maintenance time.
- Ensure full compliance with TLM Product Line standards and operational requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting initiatives and improvement plans within the Maintenance Base (MB) to enhance asset utilization and optimize Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving asset turnaround time
- Support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians by sharing best practices and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Implement CoSD-improvement projects
- Participate in assigned failure investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Adhere to all requirements of the TLM Competency Management System.
- Ensure that all workshop documentation is accurately completed, well-organized, and properly archived to meet the highest documentation standards.
Qualification, Experiences and Exposures
- HND in Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum of 3 years’ shop operations experience in maintenance of surface well test equipment or downhole electronics equipment
- Hands-on competency in failure investigation and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
- Adaptability in an ever-changing, dynamic environment.
