1.) Legal Assistant – Female
A highly reputable firm requires the services of an Executive Assistant to manage the schedules and communications of key company executives.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with HR to maintain policies as necessary.
• Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers.
• Manage legal contracts.
• Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Ensure group corporate governance is maintained at highest standard, act as liaison with the board of directors to ensure protocol compliance
• Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• Assisting the CEO and COO
• Manage the agenda of CEO and COO in terms of meetings, travel itinerary and appointments.
• Assist in the presentations and submissions to the board or any relevant party.
• Follow up the execution of board directives and agreements
• Ensure group corporate governance is maintained at highest standard
• Review and draft contracts and agreements with suppliers, creditors, customers.
Qualification Required & Experience
• LLB or Degree in Business Law
• 10 years of experience in similar role.

2.) Health and Safety Officer
A highly reputable firm requires the services of a Health and Safety Officer to take the responsible of Planning, Coordinating and Administering health and safety policies for the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure a safe and tidy workplace environment without risk to employee’s health.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
• Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Co-ordinate the development of health and safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Establish a structured programme of health and safety training throughout the Company.
• Liaise with external health and safety consultants in the provision of training programmes and health and safety services.
• Provide regular reports to the Human Resources Manager/Senior Management Team on relevant health and safety activities.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in occupational safety, health or environment management
• 2-3 years of professional experience.

3.) Sales Persons – Counter
A highly reputable firm requires the services of a Counter Sales Persons to take orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order to improve productivity for the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the sales counter is always manned during working hours.
• Ensure a requisition is promptly raised for any non-stock items that are required.
• Research and provide customer with correct part information by utilizing all available resources to determine customer need.
• Ensure customer satisfaction where possible, during your dealings.
• Maintain regular telephone contact with your customer list.
• Complete quotations and invoicing in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Actively use salesforce to record your contacts and potential leads on sales as well as updating of machine hours where possible.
• Engage with the aftersales accountant to ensure payments are made on time for the account sales you have made.
• Identify potential customers that can utilize elements of our support in alternate brands.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Business administration, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven work experience as counter sales person, or a relevant role.

4.) Digital Marketing Manager
A highly reputable firm requires the services of a Digital Marketing Manager to create the group digital marketing strategy and digitalization process and translate them into effective plans that ultimately add value to the customer and contribute to the achievement of business goals and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create adapted sales offerings.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Design and implement the company and digital roadmap.
• Create the bridge between data and the business operations to gather customer insight from the data.
• Maintaining a balance between business and technology.
• Connecting digital investments to enterprise KPIs in order to achieve positive digital transformation.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree or Professional certification in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar role.
