1.) Sales Executives - Insurance

 

A leading and highly reputable Insurance Company requires the services of Sales Agents to help expand the business by actively acquiring new clients and maintaining the existing

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, using referrals etc.
• Appraise the demands of business or individual customers and sell company product to them.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard company reputation
• Fulfill all company-established policy obligations

Qualification Required & Experience

The Ideal Candidate must:

• HND or degree Holder from any recognized institution in Ghana.
• Experience with Insurance Sales Representative

Salary: GHS 1,000 plus Commissions

2.) Underwriting Manager - Insurance

 

A leading and highly reputable Insurance Company requires the services of Underwriting Manager to help evaluate life insurance applications with consideration for Company profitability

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite mortality and morbidity risks in a sound, objective and consistent manner by applying Company guidelines and philosophies
• Provide second signature review of life insurance applications within designated approval limit
• Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and/or improve quality of work
• Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in underwriting, claims and reinsurance, assess the impact, and collaborate with Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree in Insurance, Risk Management and/or Actuarial Science
• Must have professional certificate in Insurance
• Minimum 1 year of life underwriting experience

3.) Risk & Compliance Manager - Insurance

 

A leading and highly reputable Insurance Company requires the services of Risk & Compliance Manager to support the development of Policies and Procedures for the general operation of the Company’s Compliance Program

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and updates company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk;
• Develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree, HND or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 4 years work experience in Insurance or Legal environment.

4.) Chinese Speaking Executive

 

Our client is the leading international foreign bank and a world-class financial institution. The group bank now requires a high calibre professional for Chinese Speaking Executive based in Accra.

Key Accountabilities

• Deep appreciation of the Chinese Cultural Orientations and ways of working
• Assist with communication between English- and Chinese-speaking people
• Convert the verbal communication of one of these languages into the verbal form of the other.
• Accurately convey ideas or attitudes that may be lost in translation due to cultural differences
• Assist in producing information, reports and presentations when necessary
• Coordinate Chinese enquiries from senior management and business units effectively.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Degree or Diploma in Chinese from a reputable University
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with the Chinese Culture
