1.) Assistant Store Officers
Responsibilities
- Assist the office manager on any assigned task
- Check inventory records for accuracy
- Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
- Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
- Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory

- HND

2.) Data Entry Officers
Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards
- Type in data provided for company use
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Qualifications
- HND
Experience Level: 1-3 years

3.) Assistant Quality Manager
Responsibilities
- The main job purpose of the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will be to help develop, manage and expand the quality management system on site.
- This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance team whilst ensuring production and quality standards are maintained.
- The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will have responsibilities to liaise with Operators and Senior Leadership alike and thus must possess exemplary communication skills.
- Responsible for ensuring the Quality team enforces SOP’s and that production teams are held to account when procedures are ignored leading to quality issues

- Degree
