1.) Facilities Technical Services Team Leader
purpose
• To manage a team of technical maintenance specialist in executing day to day operations and activities for allocated facilities portfolio in achievement of set targets for building performance in terms of utilities and sustainability and resolution of technical building issues
responsibilities
• Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment
• Ensure occupational health and safety act compliance and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
• Manage performance of utilities in accordance with plans
• Develop detailed work packages from planned maintenance routine (PMR) findings and reactive maintenance activities for all maintenance teams
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
• Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
• Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service

Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum Qualification - Air conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Test Diploma OR Electrical Trade Test Diploma OR N6 National Certificate
• Preferred Qualification - GMR 27 Certification
• Experience - 1 to 3 years experience in building technical services
• Additional Knowledge - Knowledge Required: Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Interface between financial, technical, contractor/supplier and occupational requirements

2.) Human Resources Business Partner
purpose
• To provide strategic partnership to line by assessing business realities, offering solutions and advising on people investments that deliver performance.
responsibilities
• Build and manage objective working relationships with a variety of line managers, HR and business stakeholders with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor and living the FNB HR brand.
• Partner with line management in translating their business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate HR solutions.
• Facilitate the recruitment, development, performance management, reward and retention of skills and competencies that build FNB organisation capabilities.
• Develop, implement and monitor a tactical and operational HR plan to close identified gaps; and to influence management and leadership around the people agenda and issues.
• Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
• Use technology to build relationships and networks as well as provide an efficient HR service offering. This includes the use of MIS to provide insight into people matters.
• Manage specific projects as determined in the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
• Keep abreast of learning opportunities and changing trends in your business environment and the HR field.
• Take all necessary actions to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, legislated regulations, policies, work standards, and governance requirements in your portfolio; and promote a working environment that fosters good governance, compliance and ethical behaviour.

Qualification Required & Experience
• Relevant B Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology
• Minimum 3 years HR experience Knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation and Codes of Best Practice
• Sound practical knowledge of HR principles, processes and practices
• Proven track record of partnering with line management on all relevant aspects pertaining to HR Management
