1.) Call Center Representative
2.) Help Desk Manager

1.) Call Center Representative

Job Description

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Location: Kanda, Accra

2.) Help Desk Manager

Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Help desk manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.
• You should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals is essential skills to perform well in this position.
• Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high-quality technical support and increase client satisfaction

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma / Degree
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• 1-3 years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team management skills.

Location: Kanda, Accra
