1.) Technician (Mechanical / Electrical)
Reports To: Plant Manager

Job Summary

• Prevent outflow of defects & provided quick feedback to source

Responsibilities & Duties

• General Equipment Maintenance activities
• Breakdown Maintenance support
• Safety Compliance and related support Facility Improvement Activities support
• Maintenance related Quality
• Area Safety Compliance control support
• Area Performance Breakdown Ratio and Original Equipment (BDR and OEE)
• Area Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Ratio (PMA) Press repairs, safety of presses, fitting of keys, shaft alignment general hand tools, interoperate drawing, bearing and bush fitment.
• Pneumatic parts identification, installation and fault finding

Qualification Required & Experience

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution 1-3 years workshop experience
• Basic hydraulic parts identification, installation and fault finding
• General safety knowledge and proper use of Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs),
• Adhere to Design Quality Standards (DOS)
• Extensive knowledge on welding equipment (integrated & conventional)
• Should possess coping skills in terms of stress and high workload,
• Must be a good communicator.
• Sound knowledge of different tools/equipment identification
• Should be a computer literate and must have reporting skills.
• Applicants should have valid passports.

2.) Sales Consultant
Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Summary

• To work in close collaboration with the Branch Manager & the Sales team to minimize sales in the branch to obtain the fair market share

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ability to serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Ensures servicing of existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as dally call reports, weekly work
plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Ability to monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Should be able to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Be able to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
• Should be able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Should be abie to generate sales leads
• Should be able to meet or exceed sales targets,
• Should be able to negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Should be able to prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Ability to give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Ability to coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Must be able to visit both existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing,
• Considerable Experience in sales
• Economics, Social Sciences or related field.
• Should have adequate understanding of the sales process and A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience in computer usage for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment,
• Must be a Good Communicator, advantageous if multilingual.
• Must be Cheerful and Affable
• Must be Persuasive with a Good Product Knowledge scope.
• Must be Articulate and Confident.
• Must be Honest, Reliable and Tactful

• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.

3.) Process and Maintenance Technician
Reports To: Plant Manager

Job Summary

• Managing and controlling of all maintenance and safety related activities in order to ensure maximum plant

Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and implement Preventive Maintenance Standards
• Ensure the Preventive Maintenance completion and quality Creation of recovery plan if completion rate is below 100%
• Ensure that the calibrations are done and the records are kept according to the standard
• Ensure 5s in the stores and that spare parts are available.
• Supervise and coordinate technicians during high-level repairs,
• Ensure that the safety inspections are done and perform incident investigation
• Report creation and presentation. (Major Break Down, daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly reports)
• Attend and participate in the Quick Response Quality Control meetings,
• Total Maintenance Capability audit score.
• Failure prevention and Mean Time To Repair (MITA) countermeasure implementation
• Quick Response Quality Control countermeasure implementation rate.
• Incident frequency rate
• Major Break Down report creation

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution 1-3 years workshop experience in maintenance
• Operational Health and Safety requirements in line with Safety Act provisions
• Good computer skills: including but not limited to; MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Failure analysis, root cause identification and investigation techniques
• Should have a high level of assertiveness.
• Must be a good communicator
• Must be detail conscious with logical thought processes.
• Should be able to work overtime, even when asked at short notice
• Must be able to motivate him/herself, even under stressful conditions,
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able and willing to make constant improvements to, and build on existing practices,
• Applicants should have valid passports.

4.) Sales Manager – Tyres

Reports To: General Manager, After-Sales & Tires

Job Summary

• Responsible for the planning, availability and sale of Tires. Also ensures discipline and work ethics in the execution of his Job.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Sets Objectives, Strategies and Targets for the sales of Tires
• Prepares Annual Business plan for the section in consultation with General Manager, After-Sales & – Member of the production meeting for ordering of Tires.
• Prepares monthly reports.
• Prepares weekly prospecting sheet.
• Supervises and assists staff to ensure targets are met.
• Liaises with Customers and employees to ensure good customer relations.
• Follow-up with branches to ensure availability of stocks of tires.
• Meets customers and prospects for sales
• Follow-up on payment of invoices with credit customers.
• Supervises reconciliation with stakeholders.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the General Manager, After-Sales & Tires.

Qualification Required & Experience

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
• Post graduate Diploma in Engineering or HND with 5-8 years experience.
• Must have a proven record of sales goals achieved
• Must be very numerate, proactive, self disciplined and tactful with good interpersonal and team build capabilities.
• Must have good knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Superior at information gathering and report writing competencies.
• Good negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Must be capable of developing, monitoring, coaching and leading effective sales team
