This 12-month apprenticeship is more than just a stint; it’s a stepping stone to future roles within CRS. It is meticulously structured to fortify expertise in:

  • Collaboration & Alliances

Prerequisites

Essential Criteria:

  • Post-graduate qualification in a pertinent domain.
  • Minimum of half a year’s work or volunteering exposure in a developing nation.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Command over a secondary language, preferably French, Arabic, or Portuguese.
  • Resilience to operate in regions prone to tropical ailments with minimal medical infrastructure.

SECURE & CONNECTED ACCOMMODATION: CRS ensures that each apprentice is housed in a well-equipped dwelling, typically situated close to the CRS hub. Amenities include electricity, consistent water supply, internet, and if required, security measures.

COMPENSATED LEAVE: Enjoy 20 days of paid recreational leave, 12 sick leaves, and an added 4 personal days for any unforeseen events during standard working hours.

RELOCATION & EMERGENCY EVACUATION: We’ve got you covered when it comes to relocation essentials, such as transport, visa processes, vaccinations, and more. Furthermore, CRS takes on the full cost of emergency evacuations for apprentices and their kin.

FUTURE PLANNING (403B): We value your future. After a tenure of six months, CRS proposes a matching 50% on the initial 6% of contributions. Moreover, there’s an automatic contribution of 7% of the total pay. (Note: For those without a social security number, a similar offshore retirement plan is available.)

LIFELONG LEARNING: From day one, apprentices can dive into our expansive digital learning realm. For those with an educational endeavor, CRS commits to covering up to $5,200 annually, post a year’s service.
