Latest Manitoba PNP Round Invites a Total of 540 Aspirants
On July 13, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) carried out its latest invitation round under the Expression of Interest (EOI) system.
The most current round of the Manitoba PNP which took place on July 13, 2023, dispatched Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to a sum of 540 aspirants.
The invitations spanned across the three primary MPNP streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
To qualify for this round of invitations, candidates had to achieve minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 604 and 774.

Applicant profiles asserting current employment in Manitoba within occupations aligned with high labour demand were taken into account.

The following categories according to the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 were contemplated in this round:
- Healthcare professions
- Mid-level managerial roles in administrative services, finance, and business services, excluding broadcasting
- Administrative, financial support, supply chain and logistics roles
- Transport operator, helper, and other laborer roles All Occupations
Profiles that weren’t selected in the industry-specific round were considered here.
- Total LAAs dispatched: 237
- Lowest-ranked candidate invited had a score of: 661
International Education Stream
Profiles asserting compliance with International Education Stream eligibility norms.
- Total LAAs dispatched: 57
Skilled Worker Overseas
Profiles that asserted a direct invitation from the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
- Total LAAs dispatched: 41
- Lowest-ranked candidate invited had a score of: 774
This marked the inaugural EOI draw carried out by Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) in July.
Out of the 540 LAAs dispatched during this round, 77 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
