1.) Key Accounts Officer
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Reports to: Chief Business Officer
Job Description
- The Key Accounts Officer is responsible for developing and deepening trust relationships with a portfolio of existing customers and developing the pipeline of prospective clients.
- The role will be tasked with acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs for the successful execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy for the sales all products, services and solutions…as well as cross-selling to ensure maximum exposure and a robust sales pipeline. The role will importantly track and improve customer lifetime value and revenue.
- He/she will also evolve the existing customer acquisition and management process by utilizing innovative core systems to improve value delivery to stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identifies leads and generates conversions to improve the revenue and margins.
- Effectively manages the sales value chain for timely engagement and product/project/service delivery for consistent customer satisfaction.
- Ensures maximum share of mind through consistent delivery to customer expectations and by frequent engagement with clients.
Back Office and Data Management:
- Proactively tracks, evaluates and acts on market and sector trends with a view to growing ERS’ share of mind and wallet on all product lines
- Ensures proper account reconciliation, credit and receivable management
- Utilizes technology and innovation to enhance KYC, consumer insight as well as rendition of business data/reporting
- Ensures compliance with all applicable processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.
- At least 2 years experience working in Fintech, Banking and/or Technology Firm
- Knowledge of Marketing, Strategy & Sales
- Young, passionate and available to put in the long hours.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite tools especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent research and documentation skills.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent Speaking, analytical and follow-through skills.
- Project Management Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate with people.
- Effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- An understanding of the Key Account Officer role in a Business-Technology (product and service) company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/engagements simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

Job Description
- Manage and update business process documents.
- Manage business and project conversations
- Lead business strategic planning sessions and teams; go-to-market strategy mapping sessions and ensure clean, clear and presentable documentation.
- Elicitation session: Pre and post proposal that involves different teams or stakeholders.
- Develop proposals and memo: Business (Project or Partnership) & Investment.
- Develop business plans, bid documents, project plans and other operational documents.
- Conduct Market Research, Competitive & SWOT Analysis.
- Stakeholder Management (External & Internal), across multiple partnerships and project.
- Constant review, evaluations and automating business reporting framework.
- Responsible for all business, projects and tasks reports to reporting line supervisors and executives
- Determine workflow system and assist the operations and supervisory team in instituting changes.
- Improved ability to identify Business Opportunities (resell and bespoke solutions)
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
