1.) Construction Project Manager

Job Description

- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capability, technical expertise, and proven experience managing complex construction operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 10-15 years' experience in construction project management.
- COREN Registered (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction best practices.
- PMP Certified is an added advantage.
