1.) Head of Finance

Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic finance leader to join its executive management team.
  • As Head of Finance, you will lead a vibrant team of five professionals and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO.
  • You will be responsible for driving financial performance, providing decision support, and ensuring sound financial management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the finance team to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business scenarios and investment decisions.
  • Manage fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Provide insight and decision support to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance, with a blend of consulting and industry exposure.
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, forecasting, data analysis, financial modelling, and fundraising.
  • Knowledge of financial control and the regulatory environment
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as needed.
  • A proactive mindset and readiness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.

2.) IT Audit Officer

Job Title: IT Audit Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Hybrid

Job Summary

  • IT Audit specialists assist engagement teams in determining the effect of information technology (IT) related risks on the audit, understanding these risks in relation to the IT control environments over the relevant financial reporting-related applications and platforms, and determining an audit approach to respond to the risk of material misstatement as a result of the IT risks relevant to the financial statement audit.
  • Our professionals do this by leveraging our strong industry, IT control and technology focus and experience; deploying leading methodologies and tools; applying our objectivity; using a balanced approach to growth and risk; utilizing our comprehensive global breadth and local knowledge; and calling upon our deep understanding of relevant business, financial, and regulatory inter-dependencies.
  • We are now seeking an IT Audit Officer to join the team. The role would support the financial audit team across various industries, where required.

The Role

  • Complete task and deliverables to a high-quality standard as part of the audit – working to an agreed plan, budget and quality
  • Assist with scoping, financial management, delivery risk management and the initial review of deliverables
  • Opportunity to audit varied technologies and to work on client engagements across industries

Experience & Background

  • Experience working in IT Audit
  • Experience in Project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners toward the successful completion of a project
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in auditing application controls for a range of business processes within industry sectors
  • Experience in business analysis and understanding of core business processes within industry sectors
  • Strong teamwork ability and able to work independently

Qualifications

  • CISA certification is a plus
  • Prior Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Second class upper, Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in an appropriate field or a second class lower, Bachelor’s Degree with a distinction or merit in a Master's Degree.

3.) Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

  • Creating and developing talent maps to manage pipelines for various mid-level to executivepositions across Tax, Audit, Advisory and Central Services divisions in the firm
  • Ensuring the maintenance and regular update of a comprehensive recruitment database
  • Contributing to the overall implementation of the recruitment team’s objectives in talent acquisition
  • Liaising with hiring units and handling requests after confirmation of the job requirements andprofile development
  • Using sourcing strategies tailored to meet the specific requirements and needs analysis of differentbusiness units
  • Identifying target organizations for head hunting activities on LinkedIn, social media networks,external and internal referrals
  • Posting jobs on the firm’s portal through Application Tracking Systems to attract the right candidates
  • Participating in the firm’s involvement in candidate sourcing activities e.g. job fairs, road shows andtalent hunt

  • Co-ordinating and overseeing candidate selection activities through the firm’s selection tools andmethodology; keeping abreast of best practices in selection process; and advising divisional headson placement and remuneration of potential hires

  • We are currently seeking a Business Support Services Specialist (Business Analyst) to support a client’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Function.
  • These personnel will be responsible for ensuring business planning and budgeting deliverables.

Job Details

  • Creating BI reports/dashboards for stakeholders to view information from financial data to control and manage Authorisation for Expenditure AFE spend.
  • Evaluating financial performance against benchmarks and identifying areas for improvement to support the Business Plan.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare the annual internal SLA budget for the SCM organisation
  • Prepare budgets for entities.
  • Collate, compile and review Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects for the SCM Division’s annual Business Plan.
  • Participate in Bi-Annual performance reviews with partners to achieve 100% cost recovery.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a minimum GPA of Second-Class Lower (2.2)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent business experience
  • Good background in Accounting and Finance
  • Demonstrate excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complexities and risks.
  • Have experience in Scrum (an advantage).
  • Have ACA or FCA certifications.
  • Is proficient with any ERP tool or accounting solution

5.) Procurement Services Specialist

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a Procurement Services Specialist to be responsible for ensuring the timely issuance of Purchase Orders according to a client's required time scales.

Job Details

  • Ensuring change order requests and TQ’s are timely addressed
  • Negotiating price and lead time from potential suppliers and placing Purchase orders to secure materials and obtain the best cost and supply opportunities while maintaining quality standards
  • Managing the supplier catalogues to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of Purchase Orders
  • Timely notifying End Users/Requisitioners when delivery will not meet the required schedule and escalating issues where necessary for resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with all of the client’s Procurement Processes
  • Reviewing commercial clauses, scopes, negotiating purchase orders terms and conditions, commercial pricing, and ensuring appropriate reviews and approvals are completed prior to execution

Requirements

  • Graduated with a minimum GPA of Second-Class Lower (2.2)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a procurement buyer or equivalent business experience
  • Certifications in any of the following will be an advantage: The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Nigerian Institute of Purchasing and Supply (NIPS), Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management (CISCM), Six Sigma, or other relevant procurement and supply chain certifications
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for managing complexities and risks
  • Familiarity with supply chain technologies
