We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities

Must be fluent and show a willingness to work with a great attitude.
Ability to handle customer complaints correctly and take feedback.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions correctly.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide a speedy solution.

Requirements

Minimum of B.A / BSc. in any relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Good communication skills.
Problem-solving skill.
Good listening skills.
