Who Can Apply?

  • Undergraduate students (sophomores or higher) who have completed at least three terms at PSU with a GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Transfer students who have completed their first term at PSU.
  • Graduate and post-baccalaureate students who maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Applicants must not have other tuition remission awards or receive federal financial aid.
