Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Seoul National University Global Hope Scholarship, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:

• Applicants must be international students
• International students from the developing countries in the DAC list of ODA Recipients
• Applicants must have proof of English Language proficiency.
