Join our EMEA team as a Customer Service Manager to help us take our business operations to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Work as the single point of contact with Tullow Oil maintenance team, developing the relationship and enhancing the reputation of the JV facility.
- Develop and implement the contract execution plan
- Lead the development of the maintenance and reliability strategy together with the customer maintenance, reliability and operations team.
- Develop customer critical spare review strategy and lead it’s implementation.
- Lead the contract review process including monthly/quarterly progress review meetings, and any other interfaces that are required to achieve the contract deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Salesforce, to ensure accurate information is available for RFC
- Develop and maximize upselling opportunities for all business streams.
- Management of internal and external sub-vendors
- Engage, train and develop local Ghanaian team members
- Identify and develop opportunities for service center growth, out with the Tullow contract.
- Ensure budgeted targets for the Tullow contract are exceeded
- Develop large project opportunities
- Drive brand X growth in within the contract, increasing Sulzer installed base for future spare parts growth
- Drive the collection of cash from customers to ensure debtor days are kept to a minimum.
- Anything else that is required to support the company goals and to ensure customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience of rotating equipment, both driver and driven equipment
- Experience in customer service delivery in an Oil & Gas environment.
- Experience of implementing sales strategies
- Financial/budget management
- General computer skills
