Job Description
- Develop and maintain accurate filing system and overall record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies stock, placing orders to ensure timely replacements.

- Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and identify potential ones based on business needs.
- Manage and oversee activities of cleaners and security personnel.
- Ensure adequate monitoring and renewal of insurance policies on all company’s assets; and follow up on insurance claims.
- Renewal of all subscriptions and timely statutory payments
- Arrange all staff travels; visa processing, flights and hotel bookings, travel allowance and local transport expense.
- Schedule, organise and coordinates in-house and external events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with at least second class (Upper) grade in Accounting/Finance or Social Science related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience in the same or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Ethical and trustworthy.
