1.) Senior Lecturer

Qualification Required & Experience

A candidate seeking appointment as Senior Lecturer must:

• Satisfy the academic qualification specified for Lectureship under (1)above
• Have at least 4 years post-qualification teaching experience in the University or an analogous institution of higher learning
• Have at least 5 refereed publications in his/her area of specialization

For the appointment to the rank of Full Professor, a candidate must:

• Satisfy the academic qualification for the rank of Associate Professor
• Have served for a minimum of 2 years as Associate Professor and have considerable number of years of teaching experience in the University or a comparable institution
• Must have 8 refereed publications since last promotion or 20 since appointment as Lecturer
