Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Applicants must be current M.6 students or have completed a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • They should not already be enrolled in a university, except for students who participated in overseas exchange programs.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 over five semesters or a GED score of 660 (with no less than 165 in each of the four subjects) is required.

2. Outstanding Achievements

  • Applicants must demonstrate exceptional skills related to their chosen field through work, projects, or competitions.

Application Requirements
To apply for the Professional Excellence Scholarship, students must submit the following documents via the Online Application System:

  • Copy of high school transcripts (covering five semesters) or a GED certificate.
  • Letter of recommendation.
  • Copy of National ID or passport.
  • Documentation of any name or surname changes, if applicable.
  • Evidence of achievements related to the chosen field of study.
  • PDF portfolio (up to 10 pages) that includes:
    • Personal details.
    • Proof of achievements.
    • Evidence of participation in relevant competitions or projects.
    • Statement of interest in the chosen program.

  • Application Period: November 1, 2024 – March 7, 2025
  • Interview Eligibility Announcement: March 14, 2025
  • Interview Dates: March 19 – 28, 2025
