The Yukon Nominee Program Process
Employers eligible for the Yukon Nominee Program advertise the job in local and national papers. If no qualified Canadians or permanent residents apply, the employer can leverage the Yukon Nominee Program to fill the position.
The employer evaluates the eligibility requirements for each stream of the Yukon Nominee Program (YNP) and decides the most suitable stream to apply for.
The employer then extends a full-time, permanent job offer to a foreign national who meets the requirements.
